Howl-o-ween Costume Contest and Party Always a Howling Time
Dog Park Annual fundraiser will be the 6th in a row!
AKRON, Ohio
(Oct.1, 2008) – It is all howls, growls and slobber on this day when owners
and their pets can parade in their costumes for tricks, treats and prizes
for the 6th annual Howl-o-ween fundraiser at the Akron Dog Park on
Saturday, October 25 from 11:30 - 3.
The fundraiser proceeds will benefit BARC, Better Akron Recreation for
Canines, Akron's
only nonprofit organization dedicated to the creation of recreational
areas for dogs. BARC manages the day to day operations of the park as
well as park events, communication and programs. The event is a great way
to enjoy an afternoon outdoors and support a great park. Read full release!
